Once you have placed your order and payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation email. You will be sent a text with tracking number when your items have been shipped.

Orders Within South Africa
• Courier delivery is free of charge for all orders over R600.
• R100 delivery applies to all orders below R600.
• Free collection from Salt Rock, contact us for details at info@earthessence.co.za. This is at our discretion and if a suitable collection cannot be arranged then the courier fee will apply.
• Please use the tracking number provided to trace your parcel with the courier
• Our courier will deliver all orders within 7 days once you’ve received your confirmation email, depending on your location.
• Should you not receive your order shortly after this time frame, or you have any queries, please contact us at info@earthessence.co.za.

International Orders
If you are not in South Africa and wanting to order our products, please send us an email with your Order and Delivery Address to info@earthessence.co.za.

Returns
Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns and all sales are final. We will, however, give credit under certain circumstances. Please contact us at info@earthessence.co.za should a situation arise that you feel a credit is due to you & we would be more than happy to discuss this with you.
